Cut from your CAD drawings
Waterjet cutting allows one stone to be set into another along a line that reads as a drawn outline rather than a joint. PFM Imp. & Exp. Co., Ltd. lists Architectural Waterjet Technology among its systems and applies it to marble medallions, floor and wall patterns, and swimming pool mosaic.
A medallion is usually the focal point of a floor — an entrance hall, a hotel lobby, a reception area. We produce round, oval, square, and rectangular medallions in marble, in single-stone and multi-stone patterns, as the centre alone or with a matching border and field.
Custom patterns are cut from the client's CAD drawings. Send the drawing or a dimensioned sketch with the finished size and the stone selection, and the pattern is produced to that geometry. Where the same medallion repeats across floors, every unit is cut from the same drawing. This is why waterjet work is quoted from drawings rather than from a pattern list.
Swimming pool mosaic is produced the same way — mosaic tile and patterns for pool interiors, wall faces, bathrooms, and decorative panels. Samples are free; freight is charged and refunded on order, dispatch takes one to three days. Payment is 30% T/T with 70% before shipment; goods ship from Guangzhou or Shenzhen.
