2025 New York 15-Story High-Rise Hotel Façade
High-rise hotel facade, stone cladding system
Limestone, marble, and granite facade systems — Back Bolt and Slotted Dry Hanging for high-rise work.

Facade stone is part of the building envelope, not a finish applied at the end of a job. PFM Imp. & Exp. Co., Ltd. supplies facade material in limestone, marble, and granite, produced to the project's facade drawings. Panel sizes, joint lines, and fixing positions come from those drawings rather than from a stock panel range.
Five installation systems are in our range: Back Bolt System — the panel is held from behind, so the visible face stays uninterrupted. Slotted Dry Hanging System — slots cut into panel edges engage hanging brackets, allowing each panel to be set and adjusted individually. Glued Wall and Flooring System — for wall and floor areas where adhesion is the agreed method. Architectural Waterjet Technology — for patterned facade elements and inlaid panels. Single Point Hanging Wall Cladding System — for large panels hung from a single point.
For high-rise work, Back Bolt and Slotted Dry Hanging are the systems we return to. The 2025 New York 15-Story High-Rise Hotel Facade is our reference project in this category.
Beyond the cladding itself, exterior and interior design, facade material, interior wall and floor marble, stairs, columns, countertops, and vanity tops are handled under the same roof, keeping fixings, joints, and tolerances consistent between facade and interior stone. Samples are free (freight charged, refunded on order, 1–3 days). Payment: 30% T/T, 70% before shipment. Ships from Guangzhou or Shenzhen.
